Chef Rico was introduced to the life of culinary arts at an early age. His mother and uncle operated a seafood restaurant where he first fell in love with cooking.
Rico's culinary expertise and precision has earned him the praise of diners and foodies at Jazz Bistro in Alaska, recognition in the National Elite Magazine, TripAdvisor's "Traveler's Choice Award", and Food Network's Diner's, Drive-ins, and Dives, Yelp's hottest Spot, and others.
His passion is to make people happy with his art by not only creating culinary deliciousness, and by mentoring others to try new things, to step out of the box and create.
